James Connelly

Since 2003, Jimmy Connelly has been a mainstay on the U.S. sled hockey scene starting out on the junior national team. In 2005, he was called up to the senior national team and scored the game-winning shootout goal against Canada in the championship game of the USA Cup. In that same year he also set the single-season record for points in the Atlantic Sled Hockey League by notching 100 points (75-25) in just 16 games. At the 2006 Paralympic Winter Games in Torino Italy, as the youngest player on the squad, Connelly and the U.S. team won a bronze medal.
