In 2003, Staff Sgt. Josh Olson lost his right leg at the hip when his truck was hit with a rocket propelled grenade while on patrol in Tel Afar, Iraq. Staff Sgt. Olson remains on active duty as part of the U.S. Army's World Class Athlete Program.
