Chicagoland area offering multitude of cycling opportunities

World Sport Chicago is partnering with local organizations to provide Paralympic cycling opportunities in 2010. These events are open to all ability levels and ages, including injured military personnel. Handcyclists, tandem riders and adapted bike riders are all welcome to participate. Note that most of the events are recreational opportunities, not competitive races.
April 24-Indoor Handcycling Championships, hosted by the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago
May 8-Paralympic Cycling Day at Northerly Island, hosted by the Chicago Park District
May 30-Bike the Drive, hosted by the Active Transportation Alliance (http://bikethedrive.org/ )
July 31-Bryce Master 19K, hosted by American Bicycle Racing
August 16-Paralympic Cycling Experience in Richton Park, hosted by South Suburban Special Recreation Association
September 11-Twilight 5K, hosted by Great Lakes Adapted Sports Association
