Well, it's about time the United States was invited to watch these wonderful games. Thank you NBC for taking this giant leap for humankind.

I must say I am greatly disappointed that the Paralympics are only being shown on Universal Sports. A channel that only shows in 15 cities with expanded cable purchased. As a Rec Therapist, I promoted watching the coverage to my patients. I did not at the time realize it wouldn't be shown in most areas, including our own. I pray for the day when it is shown with as much coverage as the the other Olympics. Please EDUCATE the public, show them the ability that comes with a disability.

I'm in touch with the IPC at this time trying to at least get permission to use generic video footage to be able to edit some promo/educational/awarness videos about the event dates themselves. I have a channel on YouTube well two one is my SpinergyDude original, that is AbiliTV guess what it's all about? And, AbiliTV the focal point of my philanthropic efforts as a fully disabled person myself. NBC your on the right track. Maybe for 2010 we can see the events LIVE on TV as they happen please. Why don't we ever here more of these wonderful games here in the land of eveything, and the best land to live in? Ignoring people with disabilities can't make us go away, or sadly prevent people from being born or becoming disabled. I wish it was that simple. Well I jus found out about Paralympics about two months ago now. So I want to spread the word. Spinergy - Roll with me.
