Leadership Training

2010 Paralympic Leadership Conference
The 2010 Paralympic Leadership Conference will be held April 30-May 3 at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center and includes leadership training for individuals with community programs focused on serving injured military personnel. 

These leaders from military/veteran organizations and community programs provide expertise in sports programming opportunities for injured service members and veterans throughout the United States. 

The national leadership training is supplemented through ongoing training programs at Department of Defense and veteran facilities.

Mentor Program
Paralympians and injured service members participate in the Mentor Program and function as role models for injured service members and their families.  Athletes currently participating in the program include:
